I have not updated for a bit here but plenty has gone on. We have had a few rides outside and I have done quite a bit of running. Nutritionaly I am completly focused on the bag of Robin Eggs(BTW: the best Easter Bunny Candy) that I got for Easter. This week I am going to use my free time to find a wetsuit. I am kinda thinking that I will go to Fleet Feet one night and Endurance House on another. Don't get me wrong I will still be working out but I need to get some other work done for my events.
The UW football team is getting ready for spring training and I need to do the same, my big event is the day after the first game of the season. While I am working putting together a schedule I am trying to figure out how many days a week I will workout vs. active recovery. I really am hoping that I can spend most of the time training outdoors. Right now I am thinking 3-4 rides a week with a long ride either Saturday or Sunday. I am also planning 3-4 runs and swims per week with multi sport on three of the days and an actual brick on Saturday. My other big planning will focus on nutrition....after the Robin Eggs are gone. I absolutly need to get focused not quite six months left.
